These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using the Uzozest website, creating an account, browsing products, placing orders and using customer features such as wishlist, order tracking and payment proof upload.

Using the website

Customers should use the website lawfully and should not attempt to misuse forms, upload harmful files, access admin-only areas, interfere with checkout, or disrupt the website for other users.

Accounts

Customers are responsible for keeping account login details safe and for making sure account information is accurate. Uzozest may restrict or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive or harmful to the store.

Product information

Uzozest aims to display product names, images, colours, sizes, prices and descriptions clearly. Small differences in colour or appearance may occur because of screen settings, lighting or photography.

Orders and availability

Placing an order does not guarantee that an item is available until the order has been reviewed and confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable, Uzozest may contact the customer to discuss alternatives, store credit, exchange or refund options.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira. For bank transfer orders, customers should use the order number as payment reference and upload proof of payment after placing the order. Orders may not be processed for delivery until payment has been confirmed.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under the dedicated Delivery Policy and Refund and Return Policy pages. Customers should review those pages before placing an order.

Website changes

Uzozest may update website features, product information, policies, prices, page layouts or store processes when needed. Policy updates apply from the time they are published on the website.
