We want every Uzozest order to feel clear and fair. This page explains how returns, exchanges, damaged items and refunds are handled.
Overview
Uzozest wants customers to shop with confidence. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, clear photos where needed, and a short explanation of the issue.
Return window
Return requests should be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items sent back without contacting Uzozest first may not be accepted.
Item condition
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in resellable condition.
- Original tags, packaging, labels and accessories should be returned with the item.
- Footwear should be tried on indoors and returned with the original box where available.
Items that may not be returnable
For hygiene and quality reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once delivered, including earrings, underwear, intimate items, heavily discounted final-sale items, and any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered after delivery.
Wrong, damaged or missing items
If you receive a wrong, damaged or incomplete order, contact Uzozest quickly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund depending on the situation.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your preferred size, colour or item is no longer available, Uzozest may offer an alternative item, store credit or a refund where appropriate.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and checked. Bank processing times may vary, especially for manual bank transfer payments.
Return delivery cost
If the return is due to a Uzozest error, such as a wrong or damaged item, we will guide you on the next steps. If the return is due to customer preference, delivery or return courier costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless Uzozest states otherwise.
