Uzozest delivers orders across Nigerian states. During checkout, customers should provide their state, local government area, full street address, phone number and a nearby landmark to help delivery run smoothly.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees are shown at checkout where available. Fees may depend on the delivery location, order size and courier route.
Order processing
Orders are prepared after payment has been confirmed. For bank transfer orders, customers should use the order number as payment reference and upload proof of payment so the order can be reviewed quickly.
Estimated timing
Delivery timing may vary by location, courier availability, weather, public holidays and payment-confirmation timing. Uzozest will aim to keep customers updated through the order tracking tools once the order is being processed.
Address accuracy
- Please enter a clear and complete delivery address at checkout.
- Include a reachable phone number and a nearby landmark.
- If an incorrect address causes failed delivery or rerouting, extra delivery charges may apply.
Failed delivery attempts
If the courier cannot reach the customer or delivery cannot be completed, Uzozest may contact the customer for updated details. Re-delivery may require an additional delivery fee depending on the courier arrangement.
Tracking updates
Customers can check delivery progress from their account or the Track Order page where available. Tracking details may include delivery status, tracking number, current location and customer-facing notes from the Uzozest admin team.
